Position Highlights:
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Monday–Thursday | 10-hour shifts
Leadership role with opportunities to make a direct impact on resident care
On-call rotation required
What You’ll Do:
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll provide hands-on clinical leadership and help ensure the nursing department operates smoothly and effectively. You’ll work closely with LPNs, CNAs, nursing leadership, residents, and families to promote quality care and positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and direction to LPNs and CNAs
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability
Conduct RN assessments and help ensure residents’ clinical needs are appropriately addressed
Coordinate and oversee admissions and discharges
Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures
Help maintain the daily staffing schedule to ensure appropriate coverage and quality resident care
Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify and address clinical and operational needs
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Perform other duties as assigned
