Current Positions available:

Evening Shift – Weekend Only 

• $8,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 40% Higher Rate of Pay
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 32 Hours Per Week
• Work every Friday • Saturday • Sunday • Monday

Evening Shift – Full-Time

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Every Other Weekend & Holiday

Overnight Shift:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Every Other Weekend & Holiday

What You'll Do

As an LPN at Chase Memorial, you'll play an essential role in providing outstanding resident-centered care by:

• Administering medications and treatments

• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes

• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Providing compassionate, individualized nursing care

• Supporting residents and families with dignity and respect

• Maintaining accurate documentation and nursing records

• Helping create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment

Qualifications

• Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
