Housekeeper- Chase Memorial Nursing Home

Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and dependable Housekeeper to join our team!

Position Details

• Full-Time – 72 hours per pay period
• Weekday Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekend Hours: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Position Summary:
The Housekeeper will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facility to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces according to established procedures and schedules.

Duties Include:

• Vacuuming, mopping, and dust mopping floors
• Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
• Cleaning bathrooms, sinks, tubs, and mirrors
• Emptying trash and replenishing supplies
• Making beds and preparing rooms for occupancy
• Assisting with laundry and linen as needed
• Moving furniture and completing special cleaning assignments
• Following housekeeping safety and chemical protocols

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
