Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor, managing multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Maintain guest records and handle special requests to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Assist with night audit procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded at the end of each shift
- Manage guest relations by resolving issues diplomatically and ensuring a positive experience during their stay
- Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
