MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Maintenance Technician, you will: ✅ Complete work orders and repairs
✅ Assist with building maintenance projects
✅ Maintain grounds and outdoor spaces
✅ Troubleshoot equipment and facility needs
✅ Support residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, groundskeeping, facility management, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and repair techniques
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and maintenance machinery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize work orders and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, vendors, and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
• Must successfully complete applicable background checks and pre-employment requirements
