Are you someone who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for others? Join our team as a Laundry & Housekeeping Aide and play an important role in providing a comfortable, safe, and homelike atmosphere for our residents.

What You'll Do

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens
• Ensure residents' personal clothing is properly labeled and cared for
• Maintain laundry equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Clean resident and common areas, including offices, lounges, hallways, restrooms, and entrances
• Perform routine and terminal cleaning of resident rooms
• Vacuum, shampoo carpets, empty trash, and replenish supplies
• Assist in maintaining infection control and sanitation standards throughout the facility
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and nursing staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
