Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills
We're looking for a nurse who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.
Required Qualifications
- Current Iowa LPN or RN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, providers, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehabilitation.
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
