Production Worker - PM Shifts Available

Good Crop Inc is looking for 2nd shift production workers! We are a growing brand looking for people who like the energetic, fast paced start-up world, looking for an opportunity that provides room to grow!

2nd shift starts at 2pm

We provide benefits (health, dental, vision) after 90 days.

Some responsibilities of the job include:

Raw Material Processing

• Inspect incoming fruits such as apples, oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and limes for quality, insect damage, bruising, oil spots, scars, or dryness.
• Sort and prepare fruit for juicing based on company quality and safety standards.
• Operate juice processing machines, including the Zumex Orange Juicer and other production equipment.

Material Handling & Equipment Operation

• Transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between receiving, warehouse, and production areas using manual material handling equipment (hand jacks, wheeled carts).
• Maintain industry vehicles and material handling equipment in safe and good working condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) inspections on assigned juicing machines at the end of each production week.

Waste Management & Housekeeping

• Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities.
• Safely operate the trash compactor.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the facility; perform cleaning and sanitation duties as requested.

Production & Quality Support

• Follow and execute daily work instructions from the Production Manager promptly.
• Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues immediately.

Job Type: Full-time
