Manufacturing Associate
JanMichaels LLC – Elizabethtown, PA
JanMichaels LLC is a family-owned manufacturer of home décor and framed wall art. We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. This position involves hands-on work creating and finishing products that are sold to retailers throughout the United States.
No experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Depending on department assignment, employees may:
- Assemble wood frames and home décor products
- Mount artwork into frames
- Attach hanging hardware and wire finished products
- Operate saws, sanders, framing equipment, and other production tools
- Paint and stain wood components
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Read production instructions and work orders
- Move materials and completed products between departments
- Maintain production records
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment
- Manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or production experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely perform physical work in a manufacturing environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Pay: Based on experience
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
