We’re hiring an Executive Search Consultant with a strong business development mindset to help grow our client base while delivering high-impact executive and professional search work.
This is not a delivery-only recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting conversations into search engagements—while still being capable of running searches when needed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
🚀 Business Development & Client Growth (Primary Focus)
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Lead consultative conversations with executives, founders, and HR leaders to uncover hiring needs
- Position and close executive search engagements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and active clients
- Expand existing client relationships into repeat and long-term partnerships
🔍 Executive Search Delivery
- Lead searches from intake through placement, ensuring a high-touch client experience
- Partner with clients to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategy
- Source, assess, and engage senior-level candidates using direct outreach and market research
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluations; present candidates with insight-driven recommendations
- Manage offer negotiations and successfully close placements
🤝 Relationship Management & Market Insight
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes
- Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional relationship management
🛠 Internal Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate pipelines and documentation in CRM/ATS systems
- Contribute to process improvement and best practices across the firm
- Collaborate with team members while owning your desk and results
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
✅ 5 years of experience in executive search, retained search, or high-level contingent staffing
✅ Ability to both win work and execute searches
✅ Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience managing a desk, pipeline, or book of business
✅ Comfortable engaging senior-level leaders and decision-makers
✅ Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS tools, and outbound BD workflows
✅ Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
✅ Professional, credible, and discrete with a high level of integrity
