KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end, and build relationships with senior-level financial professionals. This is a performance-driven role with meaningful responsibility and clear income growth tied to production.
- Own and execute full-cycle executive searches
- Drive candidate pipelines from outreach through offer acceptance
- Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
- Conduct high-level candidate qualification calls
- Manage search progress and pipeline hygiene in Bear Claw (ATS/CRM)
- Build long-term relationships within the wealth advisory ecosystem
Search sectors include:
- Family Offices
- Multi-Family Offices (MFOs)
- RIAs (Registered Investment Advisors)
- Private Wealth Management firms
- Investment-focused platforms including PE, VC, IB, and Hedge Funds
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency environment
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent searches
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting production goals
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Interest in financial services, investment, or executive search
- You should be comfortable owning your desk, managing your pipeline, and being accountable to production goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within financial services, wealth management, or professional services
- Experience in executive search or retained search
- Strong Boolean search proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
