What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at GOMBO?
Hi Y'all !
We are looking to hire an experienced line cook to join our team at GOMBO. We run a small kitchen & restaurant but we do A LOT for this little room so there is never a dull moment. We are a NOLA themed restaurant so we have lots jambalayas, gumbos, etouffees & po'boys. We are also an oyster bar so we do lots of oysters every night and have buck a shuck nights 2 days a week. We would love someone who already has experience shucking oysters but its not a deal breaker ! We can definitely train you ! Wednesday & Sunday availability is a must because those are the days we are the most short staffed.
