Our client is seeking a qualified Senior Electrical Project Manager who will lead large-scale industrial and utility electrical projects, including substations, battery energy storage systems, critical facilities, and institutional infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and safely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all phases of industrial and utility electrical projects.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients, utilities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on high-voltage systems, substations, and energy storage.
- Mentor and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Support innovation through prefabrication, BIM, and other efficiency-driven methods.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of electrical project management experience in industrial or utility construction.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, substations, and large-scale electrical infrastructure.
- Proven track record delivering projects from planning through commissioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- PMP, PE, or equivalent certifications a plus.
