Electrical Service & Special Projects Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Service and Special Projects divisions, ensuring timely, high-quality project execution.
- Oversee scheduling, coordination, and dispatch of service technicians and project teams.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and budgets for service and small to mid-size electrical projects.
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, and field operations to ensure adherence to scope and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, service management, or related project management roles.
- Proven ability to lead field and administrative teams in a service-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and applicable codes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to project sites as required.
