We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to be the first friendly face our patients see. In this role, you aren’t just handling paperwork—you are the engine that keeps our practice running smoothly. From scheduling and organization to essential administrative support, you will play a key part in advancing our company goals and ensuring every patient feels cared for from the moment they walk through our door.
Purpose:
Providing support to chiropractors and managing patient flow.
Responsibilities:
l Request and collect appropriate identification and documents from patients.
l Verify proper completion of forms.
l Perform necessary functions in Chiro-touch (create an account, post-payment, scheduling, make notes, etc.)
l Controls the waiting room, attends to patient needs, and ensures the office runs on time.
l Maintains organized files on all patients.
l Abides by HIPAA laws regarding the sharing of personal medical information.
l Attends to email correspondence.
l Answers the phones and addresses all patient questions and concerns.
l Keeps the office clean and presentable, doing spot cleaning throughout the day and thorough cleaning at the end of each business day.
l Be proficient in documenting patient information in a software system.
l Maintain referral spreadsheet in Excel.
l Attend monthly and quarterly office meetings in addition to annual events.
l Open to cross-training in other areas of the company.
