We are expanding our team and looking for a part-time Independent Contractor Doctor of Chiropractic who shares our passion for patient-first care. If you are committed to promoting health through effective, compassionate treatment, we invite you to help us carry out our mission.
Office Schedule:
- Monday and Friday; 8am – 6pm
- Wednesday; 8am – 5pm
- Saturday (every other); 9am -12:30pm
Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care
- Evaluate patient health by reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRI) to develop effective treatment plans.
- Perform expert spinal and extremity adjustments (manipulations) to correct musculoskeletal misalignments and restore nervous system function.
- Analyze patient posture, spinal curvature, and neurological reflexes to identify underlying causes of pain or dysfunction.
- Provide evidence-based advice on lifestyle modifications, including corrective exercise, nutritional support, and ergonomic sleep habits.
- Identify clinical red flags and coordinate care by referring patients to specialized healthcare professionals when necessary.
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
- Oversee and manage the clinical support staff, including Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) and CCPAs.
- Direct clinical staff in the precise administration of physiotherapy modalities and rehabilitation protocols to ensure patient safety and efficacy.
- Assume ultimate responsibility for the quality of care and clinical outcomes for all patients within the practice.
- Maintain the highest standards of healthcare ethics, professionalism, and state-mandated clinical protocols.
Documentation & Operations
- Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of daily SOAP notes, formal reports, and treatment plans using ChiroTouch software.
- Follow and uphold established office standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and clinical processes.
- Represent the clinic at patient education and marketing events to foster community relationships and promote office services.
- Remain open to ongoing professional development and company-wide training in the South Florida region (travel reimbursement provided).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Florida Chiropractic Physician License
- Florida Department of Transportation License
- Valid malpractice insurance
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
Compensation: $190 - $380 (daily rate)
