Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? We are actively seeking a new team member for the position of Front Desk/Spinal Decompression Tech. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a caring and authentic personality, and genuinely loves helping others. Immediate availability is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients
- Check-in and check-out patients
- Handle and answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Call and confirm new patient appointments
- Reschedule missed patient appointments
- Accept payments
- Utilize the DRX-9000 technology to assist patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs through spinal decompression
- Harness and assist patients during treatment sessions
- Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment
- Direct traffic flow
- Oversee the patient's progress
- Keep accurate medical notes each visit
- Inform new patients of what to expect
- Assist the doctor when needed
No experience is needed, ALL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!
