Goldey-Beacom College is seeking a new team member to work as a part-time Communication Center Assistant. The holder of this position is responsible for handling copying and printing requests; processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages; and providing efficient, high-quality customer service. This role may include answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting callers and guests by directing them to appropriate locations and resources.

Essential Functions:
Focus time, effort and energy on the following:
- Provide support and assistance to the Communication Center Coordinator for all functions related to the Communication Center including copying, package tracking and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure that the outgoing mail is processed at least once daily.
- Lift up to 35 pounds as needed.

Hours per Week: 20
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $16 - $17/hour
