WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our records Clerk eagerly assist in searching and investigating information contained in loan files.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Range
- 5025 Adams Avenue, Ogden, Utah 84403
- Monday through Friday 8:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance Bonus Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Work with loan officers with quality checks of consumer and in-house mortgage loans.
- Research information and resolve problems, errors or discrepancies in records.
- Issue and clear exceptions according to credit union procedures.
- Accurately record all actions pertaining to credit union loan files.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma required.
- Prior credit union experience is preferred.
