Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementation and enhancement projects
Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
Manage testing for Workday integrations leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs
Drive test automation and regression frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage
Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and vendors
Identify, manage, and mitigate testing risks; ensure timely defect resolution
Provide test metrics, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting
Mentor QA team members and promote best practices in Workday testing
Required Experience
10 years of Workday testing experience covering functional and integration testing
Proven experience leading large Workday implementation testing programs
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing
Experience with automation frameworks and managing regression test suites
Prior experience testing Workday implementations migrating from PeopleSoft (preferred)
