Duties

• Daily care of feeding and medicating dogs, cats, and small animals.
• Daily cleaning of dog rooms and cat condos - to provide exceptional cleaning standards.
• Provide basic grooming for dogs - baths, nail trims, and ear cleanings.
• Understanding the basics of our software, Gingr, to complete check-ins & check-outs and communicate all concerns to the staff about the pet and/or owner.

Experience

• Ability to understand the different temperaments of dog breeds.
• Physical stamina to handle dogs of various sizes and energy levels.
• Previous experience in basic grooming for dogs.
• Any previous experience in the veterinary field or customer service is a PLUS!

Pay/Tips/Hours

• All employee's pay includes tips.
• You will receive $3 in tips starting on your first day, making your hourly pay $15/hour.
• Once you’ve completed the Resort Tech training program (which typically takes 3-5 weeks), you will be a part of the full tip pool. Tips on a weekly basis average an extra $3-$5/hr for every employee, taking your pay to $15-$17/hr.
