What are the responsibilities and job description for the Literature Assistant position at Golden Technologies, Inc.?
Golden Technologies is hiring a part time Literature Assistant. This position is part of the marketing department and is responsible for tasks in the literature department as directed by the Literature Coordinator.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Package literature orders and prepare for shipment.
- Replenish packing supplies as needed (boxes, tubes, foam, labels, printer paper).
- Keep shelves clean and organized.
- Keep work area clean and organized. This includes but is not limited to clearing tables, sweeping floors, breaking down boxes.
- Ensure the pallet of packed boxes is placed in the appropriate place for UPS pickup daily.
- Process orders and packages as needed.
- Assist with photo shoots as needed. This includes but is not limited to preparing products to be photographed and assisting with lifting products on and off a backdrop.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn additional programs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication.
- Able to stand, walk, push/pull, reach and bend regularly.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lb. boxes.
