The Opportunity:

• Appointments come from our door-knocking team, service technicians, marketing campaigns, and inbound calls — not from you cold prospecting for new business
• A mix of retail, storm, and insurance restoration work — you're not limited to one type of job or one season
• Base pay commission structure — not a straight 100% commission gamble, and not a capped salary either. The harder you close, the more you make, with $100K as a realistic target for a strong performer
• Year-round income: we shift into a holiday lighting program in the off-season, so your pipeline doesn't go quiet in the winter

What You'll Be Doing:

• Meet homeowners on-site, inspect roofs and exteriors, and walk them through their options honestly — whether it's a retail replacement, storm damage, or an insurance claim
• Build estimates and proposals that show real value, not just a number
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and supplements when applicable
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
• Follow up and close — you're the one who guides the homeowner from first inspection to signed contract

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of roofing, siding, or exterior sales experience preferred
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs when needed
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record
• Someone who builds trust fast and closes with integrity— homeowners should feel confident, not pressured
• Insurance restoration or storm experience is a plus, but not required if you're a strong closer willing to learn the process
