What are the responsibilities and job description for the Runner/Driver Route position at Golden Route Operations LLC?
Summary:
Ensure that various slot route supplies are transported and successfully delivered to/from the corporate office to local stores in and around the service area.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Delivers supplies to/from local stores and corporate office in a timely manner without damaging the items.
- Ensures appropriate signatures are received upon delivery of items, if necessary.
- Safely drive following all local, state, and federal laws and company’s driving policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
- Verifier for daily counts at non-restricted gaming locations.
- Verifier for weekly drops at non-restricted gaming locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a delivery person preferred.
- Proven experience being reliable, dependable, and honest.
- Proven experience providing a high level of guest service.
- Familiar with and knowledgeable of the area road system.
- Comfortable driving during various driving conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour.
- Able to work efficiently with little supervision.
- Able to qualify under the company’s driving history requirements; clean driving history preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.

- 10 Year DMV History Report
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 20 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist levels.
- Frequently bend, reach, climb, squat, kneel, sit, and stand.
- Frequently in a seated position using a computer and phone.
- Constant use of hearing and vision, sitting, distinguishing between shades of color, and using tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
