Duties
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate order fulfillment before departure
- Afternoon hours 2pm-7pm Monday-Friday
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and answering any delivery-related questions
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure timely and secure deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports
- Assist with pharmacy tasks i.e. moving stock and preparing deliveries for dispatch
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, especially with route driving in busy environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and via phone.
- Must provide own vehicle - mileage reimbursed
- Must provide DMV printout and insurance
- Must consent to background check and drug screening.
