Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircare, nailcare, and skincare treatments
- Educate clients on proper hair, nail, and skincare techniques
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology
- Knowledgeable about the products and services available within the Spa and Salon to better make recommendations to the guests inquiring about the retail products and services offered
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, and SOP’s of the Corporation and Spa Operations Department
- Two years of experience as a Cosmetologist in a spa setting is required
- Current licenses required by state law
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Effective communication skills
- Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
