As a Bell Captain, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and a friendly attitude, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions
• Assign fronts for Bell Person
• Coordinate baggage for check-ins and check-outs
• Assign bus tours for Bell Person
• Accept telephone messages from guests and checks for lost luggage
• Responsible for sign-in and sign-out sheets and valet service
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
