What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care
Hire, train, and support a strong nursing team (RNs, LVNs, CNAs) focused on compassion and clinical excellence
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Create care plans, conduct assessments, and monitor outcomes to enhance resident quality of life
Partner with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team to improve systems, staffing, and care delivery
Mentor and inspire staff while holding the team accountable to the highest standards
Stay current on clinical trends through ongoing education and training
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in California (in good standing)
2 years of experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
2 years of nursing leadership experience
Strong background in training, scheduling, and staff development
Knowledge of MDS, CMS regulations, and state/federal survey process (preferred)
Passion for making a difference in residents’ lives every day
