Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Greet guests, offer assistance, and provide pool-related information or instructions
- Monitor guest activity to ensure adherence to pool rules and report any unsafe behavior
- Assist with cabana operations and maintain cleanliness and presentation of cabana areas
- Handle cash banks throughout the shift; ensure accurate cash reconciliation and reporting
- Process and verify all point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash and Infogenesis credit transactions
- Retain and reconcile receipts; accurately log all transactions in the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area, including restocking supplies (e.g., ribbons, comp paper, and Sundries)
- Ensure adequate operating supplies are available at all times
- Oversee towel distribution and work with EVS and other departments to maintain towel inventory and overall pool cleanliness
- Report any safety or maintenance hazards to Pool Management or Lead Lifeguard
- Provide courteous and efficient guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Support a safe and positive environment by communicating effectively with team members and leadership
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, , and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in guest service and/or hospitality strongly preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Basic computer and POS system familiarity preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively in both one-on-one and group settings
- Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
