The Assistant Controller will play a crucial role in financial reporting, data analysis, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Lead financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Manage internal controls, audits, and risk assessment processes.
- Supervise accounting and finance teams to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Oversee cash flow management, financial modeling, and capital planning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on financial strategy and performance optimization.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and financial system improvements as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in financial software, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in gaming or similar industries is a plus.
