Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload while collaborating closely with senior attorneys on complex cases. This role requires frequent communication with Spanish-speaking clients and active participation in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload primarily in family law and immigration, with opportunities to work on other civil matters as needed.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and interviews.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the legal team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (required).
• 2–5 years of experience practicing family and/or immigration law. Former prosecutors encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication, legal writing, and courtroom presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, empathy for clients, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $95,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
