Job Overview
We are seeking an Implementation Operations Supervisor. This role is central to driving operational excellence by standardizing Hub processes, implementing efficient warehouse sorting solutions, and managing material assets. You will enhance overall efficiency, reduce errors and asset loss, and ensure the smooth daily operation of your assigned regional facilities.
What You'll Do
- Operational Support & Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point for resolving complex warehouse issues. Lead the end-to-end implementation of new projects, including site surveys, layout planning, capacity modeling, and resource (staff/equipment) planning.
- Efficiency & Cost Management: Analyze regional performance data to identify bottlenecks. Develop and execute actionable plans to improve labor productivity and reduce cost per unit.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance Assurance: Conduct regular audits of warehouse safety, quality, and compliance. Drive corrective actions and support sites during external inspections.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Quality Control, and Commercial teams to align on priorities and implement effective solutions.
- Training & Capability Building: Develop and deliver training to warehouse and transportation frontline supervisors on core processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
What You'll Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. A focus in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics operations, warehouse implementation, or distribution management. Hands-on experience with new warehouse launches or major optimization projects is a significant plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse/transportation workflows and safety regulations. Proven ability to document, streamline, and standardize processes.
- Skills: Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills. Must be a proactive executor who can drive initiatives to completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) and a working knowledge of WMS/TMS systems are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
