Equipment Supervisor/Manager(Mandarin Required)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the repair, maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of automated equipment in the distribution center, enhancing equipment reliability;

2. Management of spare parts and components, including requisition and inventory management;

3. Daily production inspection of equipment in the distribution center, and establishment of equipment anomaly handling files;

4. Supplier construction supervision and after-sales service management;

5. Diagnosing equipment faults and developing repair plans, and formulating preventative maintenance plans;

6. Equipment selection research and process flow design for the distribution center.

Job Qualifications:

1. College diploma or above; majoring in automation or related fields;

2. Proficient in mechanical design fundamentals, electronic technology, electrical control technology, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). 1. Controller (PLC) technology, microcontroller and interface technology, electrical engineering, computer-aided drafting, etc.; majors in mechanical and electronic engineering, mechanical automation, mechatronics, or electrical maintenance; and others.

3. At least 3 years of experience in maintaining automated equipment, with experience in Siemens PLC programming, PLC hardware configuration, and wiring; able to diagnose complex equipment malfunctions through programming; proficient in repairing express delivery production lines and sorting equipment.

4. Familiar with industrial control computer hardware structure, capable of replacing internal hardware, and proficient in backing up and restoring industrial control computer programs.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-driven and committed to continuous improvement.

6. Good teamwork and service awareness; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in using common office software.

7. Some data analysis ability; able to monitor equipment performance using data, identify potential problems, write equipment management reports, and provide decision support.

8. CAD proficiency; experience in designing distribution center processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
