## Job Responsibilities
1. **Strategic Planning and Execution**: Develop the logistics operation strategy and annual plan for the western United States region, break down targets to each hub and station, and drive execution to ensure the achievement of company business indicators.
2. **Operations Management Optimization**: Continuously optimize the logistics and distribution process within the region, covering warehousing management, transportation scheduling, etc., to improve efficiency, reduce costs, monitor operational data, and make timely adjustments.
3. **Team Building and Management**: Build and train the operations team, establish a performance appraisal system, motivate employees to improve their business capabilities, handle internal team issues, and enhance team collaboration.
4. **Customer Relationship Maintenance**: Maintain communication with key customers in the western region, understand their needs and resolve issues, optimize service solutions based on feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. **Hub and Station Management**: Responsible for the planning, construction, and upgrading of hubs and stations within the region, managing inventory levels, and coordinating cargo transportation and transshipment between stations.
6. **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure that operations comply with local U.S. laws and regulations, and identify and address various operational risks.
