We’re a growing, client-focused personal injury law firm in Connecticut, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. What You’ll Do:

· Managing complex cases which may include catastrophic injuries, fatalities and questionable liability.

· Draft, review, and file complex legal documents including complaints, motions, subpoenas, and discovery materials.

· Lead case file management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.

· Assist attorneys with advanced mediation, arbitration and trial preparation, preparing statements, exhibit organization, and witness coordination.

· Serve as a point of contact for clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and court personnel.

· Analyze and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses.

· Coordinate and supervise discovery efforts, including document production, interrogatories, and expert disclosures.

· Track and manage high volume litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates.

· Train and mentor junior paralegals, providing guidance on case workflows, document preparation, and litigation procedures.

· Develop and refine internal training materials and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Expert knowledge of Connecticut court rules and procedures
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask like a pro
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys or working in litigation pods
• Proficient in medical terminology and personal injury workflows

Bonus Points For:

• Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury law
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
• Mastery in legal software (FileVine, Clio, Needles, or similar)
