What your future day will look like:
- Build, configure, modify, and thoroughly test UKG workflows that support core HR processes from end to end.
- Work hands-on every day within UKG Ready, UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and Workforce Central to maintain and enhance system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues directly, driving HRIS enhancements without deferring work to other teams.
- Partner closely with VPs of HR and the broader HR team to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective HRIS solutions.
- Support data integrity initiatives and continuously improve HR processes through thoughtful system optimization.
- Provide light HR generalist support as needed, contributing to overall team flexibility and operational success.

Type: Contract
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2–5 years of direct UKG HRIS experience with workflow design, configuration, and testing.
- Daily, hands-on experience with UKG Ready, Pro, Dimensions, Workforce Central, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR generalist fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Preference for candidates who personally handled HRIS tasks rather than escalating tickets to other departments.
