What your future day will look like:

• Lead all accounting, treasury, and controlling activities for the U.S. operation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial governance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial statements, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management activities across the organization.
• Provide financial analysis, KPIs, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury activities to support financial stability and growth.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, helping evaluate investments, growth initiatives, and operational improvements.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 7–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment with SAP proficiency
• Proven experience leading Accounting, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasury functions
• Strong background in financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial statement preparation
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, operational finance, and business performance management
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership, drive process improvements, develop teams, and translate financial data into strategic business decisions
