What your future day will look like:
- Lead a machining department consisting of 3 Supervisors, 1 Machining Engineer, 3 CNC Set Up Techs and about 30 CNC Operators.
- Plan, organize and assign work assignments for the department
- Mentor and manage training of new associates
- Estimate/quote accurate cycle times ensuring timely delivery to company clients
- Work with Sales/Engineering to provide accurate quotes to customers
- Work with maintenance to schedule PM's and ensure equipment is in proper working order
- Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered througout the department

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Technical/Engineering degree in a related field is highly preferred
- 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 3 years of CNC machining/programming experience
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
