CNC Programming Manager

Salary: $85K-$95K

What your future day will look like:

• Lead a machining department consisting of 3 Supervisors, 1 Machining Engineer, 3 CNC Set Up Techs and about 30 CNC Operators.
• Plan, organize and assign work assignments for the department
• Mentor and manage training of new associates
• Estimate/quote accurate cycle times ensuring timely delivery to company clients
• Work with Sales/Engineering to provide accurate quotes to customers
• Work with maintenance to schedule PM's and ensure equipment is in proper working order
• Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered througout the department

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Technical/Engineering degree in a related field is highly preferred
• 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• 3 years of CNC machining/programming experience
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
