Analyst

The Role:

We're hiring an Analyst to support both our investment team and our portfolio companies. This is a research and execution role - you'll spend time on deep company and market analysis, but also work directly with portfolio company leaders on business development, customer introductions, and operational initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Prepare industry and company-specific research (across tech AI landscape), synthesizing key information in memos / decks / notes and being able to fluently communicate findings to senior leaders, management teams, and external investors / LPs.
• Work directly with portfolio company executives to drive customer introductions, BD efforts, and other strategic initiatives
• Maintain and improve internal tools tracking portfolio performance, customer pipelines, and key relationships
• Help our investment team prepare investment materials for our deals, including decks, financial models, investment memos, and other analyses.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB), bulge bracket or elite boutique bank, or leading growth/VC fund
• Comfortable in a room with C-level executives - you can hold your own and add value in those conversations
• Excellent research instincts - you go beyond the obvious and you synthesize well
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Pitchbook, and other financial analysis software.
• Genuine interest in technology and AI - not because it's on-trend, but because you've been following this space and have opinions on it
