- Completion of TB test as per school district requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
- Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting
Preferred Experience:
- Background working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Training in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), PMT (Positive Management Techniques), or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is advantageous but not required
