Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and analytical Marketing Specialist to support marketing operations and brand initiatives at our Los Angeles, CA location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, and business development within a structured and team-focused environment.

Job: Full time

Salary Range: $18.50 – $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Support the development of marketing materials and internal documentation
• Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and summaries
• Maintain organized marketing records, schedules, and project files
