Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, processes, and general inquiries
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
• Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and documentation

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
