Junior Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are searching for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Associate to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and company initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience, support cross-functional teams, and grow into a long-term marketing career.

Job: Full time

Salary Range: $21.00 – $29.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing activities and day-to-day project operations.
• Support the creation and organization of promotional materials and campaigns.
• Conduct basic market research and compile findings to support strategy development.
• Maintain accurate files, reports, and records related to ongoing projects.
• Assist in preparing internal communication materials and documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
