2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide advanced window cleaning services using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
• Train, supervise, and mentor junior technicians to maintain high quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cleaning issues and customer concerns promptly.
• Manage daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

3. Key Tasks / Daily Activities

• Conduct high-level cleaning assignments with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide on-site leadership and technical guidance for staff during window cleaning projects.
• Regularly inspect equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored cleaning solutions.

5. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in professional window cleaning or related fields.

6. Preferred Experience
