We’re a growing window cleaning company in Cache Valley looking for a reliable, professional technician who takes pride in their work and can represent our brand inside customers’ homes.
This is not just a job, it’s real-world skill building in customer service, responsibility, and personal standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential windows (interior & exterior)
- Using ladders (up to 2 stories) and professional equipment
- Interacting with customers in their homes in a friendly, professional way
- Identifying and offering additional services when appropriate (screens, tracks, etc.)
- Keeping equipment clean, organized, and accounted for
You’ll be trained directly and then gradually take on more as you improve.
Schedule
- Typical start time: 7:00–8:00 AM (first job)
- Monday–Friday (optional Saturdays)
- 25–40 hours/week depending on weather and demand
- Some shorter days, some longer days
This is a flexible, weather-dependent role. We aim for consistency, but adaptability is part of the job.
Pay
- Paid biweekly
- Hourly commission bonuses tips
- Average earnings: $19–$24/hr bonuses tips

Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM consistently
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders (up to 2 stories)
- Able to work outdoors in varying conditions
