Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Head of Sales role based in Chicago, IL. The Head of Sales will oversee and drive the company's sales efforts, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance. The role requires collaboration across departments and a passion for fostering client relationships to grow market share and build long-term success.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
