We are looking for a Co-Head of Client Advisory to take on a key leadership role in our team. As Co-Head, you will oversee strategic client relationships, manage client advisory teams, and contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and drive client success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL.
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with clients
- Experience in managing and leading teams to deliver exceptional client-focused results
- Strong background in Finance, with the capability to analyze financial data and guide clients accordingly
- Expertise in Sales and Business Development, including driving revenue growth and identifying new opportunities
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in working with regulated industries is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
