We’re looking for a Senior Behavioral Scientist to bring deep behavioral insight into how GNOMI is designed, deployed, trusted, and monetized across consumer, PRO, Finance Mode, and enterprise solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply behavioral science, psychology, and decision science to understand how users engage with news, data, AI insights, and advertising experiences
- Study how information, framing, and timing influence beliefs, confidence, and decision-making
- Design and evaluate AI-driven micro-targeted ad placements, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and ethical alignment
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Growth, and Engineering to inform targeting strategies that respect user trust and transparency
- Design and run behavioral experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis, qualitative research) across content, product, and ad placements
- Identify cognitive biases, attention patterns, and trust signals to improve engagement and outcomes
- Help shape how GNOMI presents sponsored or monetized content responsibly and clearly
- Support enterprise and advertising solutions by translating behavioral insights into scalable, compliant strategies
- Communicate findings clearly to leadership, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- 8 years of experience in Behavioral Science, Applied Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or related fields
- Strong grounding in behavioral theory, experimentation, and decision science
- Experience applying behavioral insights to product, monetization, or advertising environments
- Ability to balance behavioral effectiveness with ethical responsibility and user trust
- Comfort translating human behavior into measurable, actionable strategies
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional influence
Must-Haves:
- Experience designing and interpreting behavioral experiments and A/B tests
- Ability to work across qualitative insights and quantitative data
- Familiarity with user segmentation, behavioral targeting, and attention dynamics
- Experience collaborating with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Engineering
- Strong ethical judgment when working with influence, personalization, and monetization
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI-driven personalization or advertising platforms
- Exposure to trust & safety, misinformation, or responsible AI research
- Experience working with global or culturally diverse audiences
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance considerations in advertising

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $150,000 – $300,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise)
- Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus
