We are seeking motivated Construction Laborers/Installers to join our growing team. Our installers are active members of our construction crews and play a vital role in the successful, safe, and high-quality installation of GNB structures at project sites across the United States.
Whether you have experience or are looking to build a career in construction, we provide on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Install GNB structures at commercial project sites throughout the U.S.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew.
- Follow project plans, supervisor instructions, and all safety protocols.
- Operate hand and power tools as required.
- Assist with loading, unloading, assembling, and dismantling structural components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Travel to project locations and work extended hours, including overtime, when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction is preferred, especially with steel or tent structures.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the United States.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to report to work when required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and additional drug screenings required for access to customer job sites.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work overtime as project demands require.
Schedule
- 3 weeks on-site, followed by 1 week off
- Travel required for projects throughout the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
