Executive Administrator - Digital Administration Support - Onsite

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CIO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, timing and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
- Draft routine correspondence and documents when required.
- Provide administrative support to the digital and technology group.
- Maintain technology asset and software license tracking systems, including contracts, records and renewal schedules.
- Assist with technology procurement and vendor coordination.
- Support administration of digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, project tracking systems).
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate company-wide communications for the technology group (e.g., updates or newsletters).
- Author, format and maintain technical guides and internal documentation.
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Support onboarding for new team members where required.
- Experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or Operations role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to work with modern software tools.
- A reasonable awareness of digital technology hardware, software, systems and concepts, or experience working with technology and/or digital teams
